Be a Pro!^TM is an eight hour, instructor led class. It is designed to educate and motivate your organization's managers to strengthen the employee work environment and to effectively maintain a union-free environment in today's changing labor climate. After they are trained, supervisors and managers will be able to answer questions about unions as effectively as they would answer questions about any other company policy. Most importantly, when supervisors and managers understand unions and how they organize, they become your first line of defense in keeping your organization union-free. Supervisors and managers will also be trained in effective pro-employee management skills needed to make unions unnecessary.
